    Product Overview

    The ROEMHELD B1.530 is a single-acting, spring-return block hydraulic cylinder with a maximum operating pressure of 500 bar. It is designed for compact fixture integration and provides hydraulic clamping force, while the built-in heavy-duty compression spring automatically retracts the piston rod once hydraulic pressure is relieved.
    The block-style steel housing features dedicated bores for optional high-pressure proximity sensors, enabling stroke-end position monitoring for automated production safety interlocks. Two hydraulic connection versions are available: threaded port variant for direct hose connection and manifold mounting variant with O-ring sealing for modular fixture blocks. The piston rod is equipped with an effective wiper assembly to block cutting fluid, metal chips and contaminants, extending service life under continuous CNC machining conditions. An optional distance bushing can be fitted to limit the working stroke according to workpiece requirements.
