Product Introduction of ROEMHELD B1.5100 Block Hydraulic Cylinder S

    Product Overview

The ROEMHELD B1.5100 is a double-acting heavy-duty block hydraulic cylinder (Block Cylinder S), rated for a maximum operating pressure of 500 bar for general clamping duty; when used as a punching cylinder, the maximum permissible pressure is limited to 250 bar.

It adopts a robust solid steel block housing with integrated piston and rod guide rings to absorb lateral loads and bending moments. Recessed mounting of the rod wiper effectively shields the sealing system from coolant spray and metal chips. Double-acting hydraulic drive enables controllable force in both extending and retracting directions, making it suitable for high-cycle forming, punching and heavy clamping processes.

Two hydraulic connection options are available: threaded side port version for direct hose connection and manifold mounting version with O-ring sealing for modular hydraulic tooling. Standard variants are delivered without built-in position monitoring; optional proximity switch mounting interfaces can be configured on request.
Q: What’s the MOQ of customized tie-rod cylinder?

A: Depends on the style of tie-rod. We would like to cast and forge once the quantity above 100 pcs.

Q:What’s the lead time of customized tie-rod cylinder?

A:  Well, it depends on the quantity and style of hydrualic cylinders, at least 60 days if we make casting and forging, at least 35 days by maching.

Q: Are you the manufacturer of hydrualic cylinder?

A: Sure, we are the manufacutuer and trading of hydraulic cylinder.

Q: What is the difference between double acting and single acting cylinders?own controlled by the pump or the valve or is it only one speed?

A: Double-Acting-have a port at each end, supplied with hydraulic fluid for both the retraction and extension. Single-Acting-hydraulic fluid enters through

a port at one end of the cylinder, which extends the rod by means of area difference. An external force or gravity returns the piston rod.

Q: I have a drawing, could you customized cylinder as my drawing?

A: Sure. Show us the drawing, we will quote for you soonest.

Q: Could you make the cylinder which is not on the above data sheet?

A: Yes, we make and supply a wide rang of hydrualic cylinders as a proffetional manufacture, there are only some kinds of them show on the website. Freely contact us to get more information.

Heavy Mechanical & Thermal Load Capacity

Solid alloy steel block construction can sustain high impact loads typical for punching, deburring and forming operations. Robust internal piston stops withstand peak impact forces during short-cycle stamping.

Built-In Guide Rings to Resist Side Loads

Guide rings fitted on both piston and rod absorb lateral forces, preventing metal-to-metal contact, seal abrasion and piston jamming, greatly extending service life under offset clamping loads.

    Recessed Protected Rod Wiper

The wiper seal is installed recessed inside the housing, providing superior defence against coolant, cutting chips and machining contamination compared to conventional exposed wiper designs.

    Dual Flexible Hydraulic Connection Configurations

    • B version (threaded side port): Direct hose connection, convenient for fixture retrofitting and standalone installation.
    • K/L version (manifold mounting): Flush base mounting onto manifold blocks, eliminating external piping and simplifying compact multi-station tool layout.

    Precise, Repeatable Bidirectional Motion

Double-acting design delivers predictable, repeatable stroke timing for automated production. Both extending and retracting speeds can be regulated by external throttle valves.
