    Product Overview

    The ROEMHELD B1.2811 is a compact double-acting tie-rod hydraulic cylinder, short version without stroke end cushioning, rated for a maximum operating pressure of 200 bar. The mounting dimensions comply with DIN ISO 6020, featuring a minimized overall length for space-restricted fixture layouts.
    The piston rod is induction-hardened and hard-chromium-plated. Low-friction Glydring sealing system and double piston rod sealing design achieve negligible internal leakage. Guide rings are fitted on both piston and rod to reduce friction and extend service life. An integrated rod wiper blocks coolant, metal chips and contaminants in machining environments. The rod end is designed with external male thread for direct mounting of contact pads and clamping attachments.
