    The PHU Series is a professional pneumatic-hydraulic booster cylinder independently developed and manufactured by HEISS, serving as an energy-saving high-pressure power unit for industrial clamping, pressing and forming systems. Different from conventional pure hydraulic cylinders that rely on hydraulic pump stations, the PHU booster cylinder adopts air-driven hydraulic boosting principle, converting standard low pneumatic pressure into ultra-high hydraulic pressure through precise area ratio amplification. It eliminates the need for complex hydraulic pump stations, cooling systems and circulating pipelines, realizing high-pressure output with simpler structure, lower energy consumption and smaller installation space.
    With a rugged integrated all-steel structure and standard DIN/ISO sealing specifications, the PHU series features stable boosting performance, zero leakage and strong fatigue resistance. It supports multiple standard amplification ratios and displacement volumes, covering low, medium and high-pressure working ranges. It is the ideal replacement for traditional hydraulic systems in light and medium heavy-load automation scenarios, widely used in fixture clamping, mold locking, precision pressing and mechanical positioning.

    The PHU cylinder uses common factory compressed air as power source to achieve hydraulic high-pressure amplification. It only consumes air pressure during pressure build-up and maintains pressure without continuous energy supply, greatly reducing air and power consumption compared with traditional hydraulic pump station systems. It effectively solves the problems of high energy consumption, high heat generation and large noise of conventional hydraulic systems.

    Integrating pneumatic drive unit, hydraulic boosting unit and oil storage chamber into one compact body, the PHU series requires no additional hydraulic pump, motor, oil tank and complex pipeline layout. It features minimal installation dimensions, flexible mounting methods and simple on-site debugging, which greatly simplifies equipment structure and shortens production line transformation cycle.
    Stable Pressure Holding & Excellent Repeatability
    Adopting precision piston matching and high-performance sealing system, the booster cylinder realizes stable pressure build-up and long-term static pressure holding without pressure relief. The mechanical amplification structure ensures consistent output pressure and clamping accuracy in high-frequency cyclic work, with excellent repeat positioning and pressing stability.

    Free of vulnerable components such as hydraulic pumps and solenoid valves, the PHU cylinder has extremely low failure rate and long service life.
