    Product Overview

    The ROEMHELD B1.7384 (RM Mini Slide) is a double-acting compact hydraulic slide unit, rated for a maximum operating pressure of 500 bar. It integrates a block cylinder with four parallel nitrided steel guide rods, which reliably absorb lateral loads and bending moments during operation.
    The front mounting plate is equipped with threaded holes for directly attaching clamping tools, deburring cutters or workpiece contact fixtures. A 25 mm safety clearance conforming to DIN EN 349 is reserved between the front plate and cylinder housing to prevent finger crushing hazards.

    Two hydraulic connection options are available: side threaded port version for hose connection and O-ring sealed manifold mounting version for integrated tooling oil circuits. Position monitoring can be optionally configured via inductive proximity sensors or limit switches installed on either side of the housing. Standard sealing material is FKM, delivering excellent resistance to coolants and high temperatures. No built-in stroke end cushioning is provided.

    Cylinder and guide structure are combined into a single block assembly. No extra separate guide housing is required, greatly reducing installation space compared to B1.738 series.
