    Product Overview

    The ROEMHELD B1.5091 is a double-acting block hydraulic cylinder with lightweight aluminium housing, rated for a maximum operating pressure of 350 bar. It adopts a compact rectangular block design with an internal piston fitted with a permanent magnet. Continuous dovetail guide grooves are machined on both lateral sides, enabling freely sliding magnetic position sensors.
    Hydraulic pressure extends and retracts the piston rod via two separate hydraulic ports. Sensors can be mounted anywhere along the dovetail grooves to detect arbitrary intermediate positions over the full stroke, rather than merely fixed end positions. The non-magnetic aluminium housing ensures stable magnetic signal transmission between the piston magnet and external sensors.
    Two hydraulic connection options are available: threaded side port version for direct hose connection and manifold mounting version with O-ring sealing for modular hydraulic fixture blocks. The lightweight aluminium construction reduces overall tooling weight and provides good resistance to coolant mist in workshop environments.
