    Product Overview

    The ROEMHELD B1.464 is a single-acting, spring-return screw-in plunger hydraulic cylinder rated for a maximum operating pressure of 500 bar. It adopts a compact plunger structure without an extended piston rod, designed for fully embedded installation inside fixture plates, clamping bars and mold cavities.
    Hydraulic oil is fed through internal drilled passages within the fixture body, requiring no external hydraulic port and enabling space-saving dense multi-point arrangement. Equipped with an integrated wiper seal, the cylinder blocks cutting fluid, metal chips and workshop contaminants from entering the internal spring chamber. The flat plunger face acts directly as the contact surface for supporting workpieces. Thanks to its ultra-short stroke and slim threaded body, it is widely used for anti-vibration backing and floating support in narrow fixture grooves.
