    Product Overview

    The B1.461 is a single-acting, spring-return threaded hydraulic cylinder developed by ROEMHELD, specially designed for embedded installation inside fixture plates and mold structures, with a maximum operating pressure of 500 bar.
    The cylinder can be screwed fully into tapped holes until the hexagonal shoulder reaches the fixture surface. Hydraulic oil is supplied via internal drilled passages in the fixture, requiring no external hose port on the cylinder body and enabling compact, closely-spaced multi-cylinder array layout. Equipped with a double wiper system and plunger structure, it effectively prevents coolant, metal chips and cutting fluid from invading the internal spring chamber, achieving ultra-low leakage performance. Supplied with an O-ring for sealing at the bottom of the mounting bore, it delivers reliable clamping and supporting functions for precision machining fixtures.
