Integrated Swing & Clamp Two-in-One Function
Different from separate rotary and linear cylinders, SSZ 250 combines swing avoidance and clamping into one unit. When releasing the workpiece, the arm rotates 90° outward to fully vacate the loading area, eliminating collision risks during manual or robotic feeding. The one-piece design reduces the total number of hydraulic components and simplifies pipeline layout.
High-Pressure Stable Clamping & Anti-Vibration Performance
With a maximum working pressure of 250 bar, the SSZ 250 generates powerful and consistent clamping force. The built-in mechanical self-locking structure maintains clamping force without pressure drop when the hydraulic system is pressure-held, effectively resisting cutting vibration during CNC machining and avoiding workpiece displacement.
Compact Structure & Space-Saving Layout
The ultra-short integrated cylinder body minimizes installation space on fixture base plates. The external thread mounting variant can be embedded into mold and fixture bases, which is ideal for compact multi-station automated tooling systems with limited layout space.

Core swing spiral parts undergo high-frequency quenching and tempering heat treatment to improve wear resistance under frequent swing cycles.
