Japanese Brand Pascal Swing clamp 7MPa Double acting 3 point sensor model 5mm stroke CTM-T
Pascal CTM‑T is a 7MPa double-acting hydraulic swing clamp launched by PASCAL Japan Co., Ltd., belonging to the CTM series with a 3-point full sensing function. It integrates an internal Pawl Detector to accurately detect clamp-in-place, unclamp-in-place and over-clamp (mis-clamping) status, serving as a core actuating component for automation, error-proofing and high-takt production in machine tool workholding fixtures. Featuring compact structure, high reliability, full-state sensing, and strong adaptability, it is widely used in automated production lines and precision machining stations for automotive parts, mold manufacturing, and general mechanical processing, providing a classic angular downward clamping solution for unmanned clamping, error-proof machining and high-takt production.
A: Depends on the style of tie-rod. We would like to cast and forge once the quantity above 100 pcs.
A: Well, it depends on the quantity and style of hydrualic cylinders, at least 60 days if we make casting and forging, at least 35 days by maching.
A: Sure, we are the manufacutuer and trading of hydraulic cylinder.
A: Double-Acting-have a port at each end, supplied with hydraulic fluid for both the retraction and extension. Single-Acting-hydraulic fluid enters through
a port at one end of the cylinder, which extends the rod by means of area difference. An external force or gravity returns the piston rod.
A: Sure. Show us the drawing, we will quote for you soonest.
A: Yes, we make and supply a wide rang of hydrualic cylinders as a proffetional manufacture, there are only some kinds of them show on the website. Freely contact us to get more information.
Product Type: 7MPa double-acting hydraulic swing clamp (3-point full sensing model)
Core Functions: Rotation avoidance + downward clamping + real-time monitoring of clamp/unclamp/over-clamp status
Design Concept: Built-in full sensing, integration, error-proofing, high-density fixture layout adaptability and high takt
Application Scenarios: Space-limited stations, high-takt automated lines, and precision machining requiring strict error-proofing and full-state monitoring
Unclamped State: The clamping arm rotates to the workpiece avoidance area for free loading and unloading;
Hydraulic Clamping: High-pressure oil enters the cylinder, the piston rod extends, the clamping arm rotates above the workpiece and presses down for stable clamping;
Clamp Detection: When the camshaft reaches the clamping point, the detector cuts off the sensing air pressure and outputs a clamp-in-place signal;
Over-Clamp Detection: In case of workpiece clamping error, clamping arm wear/deformation, the camshaft exceeds the stroke, the detector opens the air pressure and outputs an over-clamp (mis-clamping) signal to trigger shutdown and alarm;
Unclamping Action: Reverse oil supply drives the piston rod to retract, the clamping arm lifts and rotates back to reset;
Unclamp Detection: The push plate reaches the unclamp terminal, the detector outputs an unclamp-in-place signal to confirm reset completion, ensuring high takt;
There is no mechanical spring assistance in the whole process, with high consistency of actions and adaptability to high-frequency continuous operations.
