A: Depends on the style of tie-rod. We would like to cast and forge once the quantity above 100 pcs.
A: Well, it depends on the quantity and style of hydrualic cylinders, at least 60 days if we make casting and forging, at least 35 days by maching.
A: Sure, we are the manufacutuer and trading of hydraulic cylinder.
A: Double-Acting-have a port at each end, supplied with hydraulic fluid for both the retraction and extension. Single-Acting-hydraulic fluid enters through
a port at one end of the cylinder, which extends the rod by means of area difference. An external force or gravity returns the piston rod.
A: Sure. Show us the drawing, we will quote for you soonest.
A: Yes, we make and supply a wide rang of hydrualic cylinders as a proffetional manufacture, there are only some kinds of them show on the website. Freely contact us to get more information.
- Single-acting, hydraulic advance + spring return: Extends under hydraulic pressure; retracts automatically via spring force when pressure is released.
- Flange-mounted design: Ensures rigid, secure installation on fixtures or machine tables.
- Low-contact-force, high-support-stroke: Minimizes workpiece distortion while delivering sufficient support force for heavy cutting loads.
- Adjustable spring force: Optional strong/weak springs available; easily replaceable by removing the contact bolt.
- Compact dimensions: The new compact models (e.g., LC0302) reduce installation space by up to 30% compared to standard models.
- High durability: Precision-machined components and wear-resistant seals ensure long service life in harsh industrial environments.
Operating Principle
- Initial position: Plunger retracted by spring force.
- Hydraulic advance: Pressure (2.5–7 MPa) pushes the piston upward, extending the plunger to contact the workpiece.
- Support mode: The plunger maintains upward force to support the workpiece during machining.
- Spring return: When hydraulic pressure is released, the spring retracts the plunger.
Applications
- Automotive: Support for thin-walled chassis components, engine parts, and transmission housings during milling/grinding.
- Aerospace: Precision support for aluminum/titanium structural parts to prevent deflection.
- General machining: Backup for large, thin, or irregular-shaped workpieces in CNC machining centers.
- Fixture systems: Integrated into modular fixtures for consistent, repeatable support.
